Hudson Turns TWO!

Hudson had a Grammy Birthday on March 15th to practice for the big party on April 21st! Sorry for the side ways view. I haven't mastered the videoing aspect using my digital camera yet!

Caden's Spring Preschool Program

Last night, Caden performed in his LAST preschool program! YIKES! I have already shed tears about him being old enough to go to KINDERGARTEN! He just doesn't seem "big" enough for that, even though he is constantly informing me that he is VERY ready! He did a good job singing. His class sang two songs. Caden was more excited about the book fair and art sale than the program. At the art sale, each parent had the 'opportunity' to purchase a piece of their child's art for $2.00. Of coarse, Ryan decided to ask Caden if he would simply draw us a FREE piece of art instead of having to purchase the ones at school! Caden informed his Dad he would HAVE to spend his own money to buy the art he had made for the show. Of coarse, Ryan was teasing him!

Here's A Clip of Caden's Soccer Game - March 2007

Caden is #8 on the Cosmo soccer team. This was our first game of the spring season and it was UGLY! However, we have learned the first year your team moves up to an older division...it just ends up being an ugly season! OH WELL. They had lots of fun.

Video of Rylan Jumping Rope..More Information Below About This Event

After Dinner Fun

After Dinner Fun At The Reagan's
At dinner tonight, we heard the boys whispering about a plan they had for something. Ryan thought he had gotten to the bottom of it. After eating, Ryan and I went into the living room to sit down for a minute. We looked out the window and saw they had quickly developed a new plan to DUNK at the basketball goal. Instead of using various stacked buckets and boxes from the garage as originally planned. They found a ladder and moved it to the goal. As you can see Hudson joined right in for the fun.

We believe this is the only way Caden will ever be tall enough to dunk! The first time he tried to dunk from this ladder, Rylan moved the ladder and left Caden hanging. OH, aren't boys fun!

Hudson says " cheese"! His passy "broke" last Monday. He has learned so many new words this week. It is amazing what they can say when you remove those things! He has done great without it.

Hudson At The Petting Zoo

I took Hudson to a petting zoo at Caden's preschool. His friends Thomas Stewardson & Trey Seymore joined us. Hudson LOVED the animals and cried when we left. They had a miniature bull or in Hudson language..."a moo". I thought this would be his favorite animal but the deer following him around was very neat too!

Here are a couple of my 'buddies. Trey Seymore and Thomas Stewardson. Trey will be 2 in May and Thomas just turned one! Thank you, God, for my good friends!

Rylan...Jump Rope King

Rylan participated in Jump Rope For Heart at his school on Friday, March 9th. He raised $113.00 to give to people "who have bad hearts" as he said it. He had been practicing for months in his PE class! We have accused him of being obsessed with jump roping many times. He carries his jump rope in his backpack most days and uses any spare moments to practice! But I guess it has payed off. He won 2nd in the "Who Can Jump For The Longest Time" contest. He had SO much fun. Way to go Rylan!

Here is Rylan using a long rope held by his Coach and a friend. It is hard to see, but he has another jump rope in his hand that he is using at the same time...2 ropes at one time!
